The Brains Behind Femme Flora Design

After working in a standard 9-5 job, I wanted to make more of a direct impact in design. Femme (women in French) and Flora (flower in Latin) comes from the idea that I strive to help AAPI women-owned small businesses turn their passions into reality. Like flowers blooming, I desire to help women reach their full potential.

Growing up, I did not see many people who looked like me pursue creative careers. With my expertise and empathy, I know how to tell the stories of my clients authentically and with impact, while giving a positive emphasis to their culture.

Of course, I am not limited to this demographic only, and I love to support all kinds of individuals in their brand journey! My extensive, yet organized process is designed to help us dig deeper into the root of your business and create design that intentionally shows your audience what you do and why, creating forever customers.

My favorite drinks include Okinawa Milk Tea Boba with 50% sugar, Lavender Iced Lattes, and Matcha Chai Iced Lattes

I love listening to EDM music, specifically House, Techno, and DNB! I also love going to music festivals such as EDC Las Vegas

I have an adorable Labrador Retriever named Zula. Yes, she is named after Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender

In addition to having a freelance graphic design business, I also create AAPI-themed products such as prints & stickers for my Etsy shop.

My favorite movie is Everything, Everywhere, All At Once, and my favorite Disney movies are Tarzan and Turning Red

I used to be a big emo kid in high school. I had everything you could think of: band shirts, concert tickets, a side part, and rubber bracelets

My comfort TV shows include Parks and Recreation, Attack on Titan, and The Walking Dead
